Ron is a master at both creating these garments and giving great customer service. I recently purchased a custom, multiple color version of this and Ron got it exactly to specifications.

How can I be the first reviewer? It's great, though uncompromisingly minimal at the pouch. Obviously you pretty much have to shave/wax there, once you have this is great for sunbathing or lounging around in the garden. It seems pretty secure so you can walk around and probably even do light exercise or swim in it though I've not tried. The pouch is roomy enough for me and very comfortable - it is sort of like walking around ith nothing on, but you're still covered and supported.
I ordered it with the thong back and it feels stunning. Beautifully made, of course! Looks good too, even on me and I'm not in perfect shape.
